His leasing background includes positions as leasing agent for iconic properties such as The Seagrams Building and Lever House. During his career he has executed thousands of leases representing both Tenants and Landlords, totaling well over three hundred million square feet.
His leasing expertise ranges from Trophy properties to Industrial loft buildings.
Professional affiliations include Treasurer for the New York Landmarks Preservation Foundation as well as membership in the Young Mens/Women Real Estate Association.
Richard enjoys going to the movies, daily exercise and the Yankees.
He lives in Westchester County, and his pride and joy are his daughter Genna and granddaughter Fallon.
